Counselling

Finding out that you, or a loved one, have cancer will never be easy but professional counselling can help you cope with how you are reacting to your situation.

With counselling you can work through the issues which are worrying you and find ways to manage your feelings through confidential, in-depth support on a one to one basis with someone who is outside your circle of family and friends.

This might include feelings about how your cancer diagnosis affects your family and relationships, your own personal feelings and worries, concerns or fears about your cancer treatment and how you will deal with the many practical issues you face.

Counselling support is also available for family members and carers.
